Natures Choice is Tesco's integrated farm management scheme. "Introduced in 1992, it sets environmental standards and specifies shape, size, taste, variety and shelf life requirements."

Field to Fork is Marks and Spencer's food assurance scheme, revised from 1st June 2007. "A new over-arching set of standards to cover the management of our supply chain for fruit, vegetables and salads." The scheme covers the sustainability of labour, raw materials, the farm environment spring water
